The Manager of Film & Cultural Affairs is responsible for dealing
expeditiously with requests for filming in Winnipeg. This includes:
providing available civic accommodations for production office space,
arranging parking for production and tech vehicles on residential streets,
facilitating the acquisition of permits for filming on public property,
liaising with all City of Winnipeg departments, including the Winnipeg
Police Service, to provide appropriate goods and services in a timely
fashion. The office of Film & Cultural Affairs is available 24 hours a day,
7 days a week in order to expedite requests and trouble shoot.
